Refund Policy
All food items are made by hand and fresh to order. Food safety and hygiene practices are followed in line with the Food Act 2006 and Food Safety Standards.
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns.
No refunds: Once your order has been handed over or dispatched in perfect condition, and has left our care, we cannot take responsibility for aftercare, storage, handling, or any changes that may occur during transit or after delivery. For this reason, all food products have a NO refunds policy.
If you believe your order has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and products, and we’ll review the issue as quickly as possible.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
